Reading submissions
When someone fills in one of your forms, the answer is saved as a submission. Your connected agent can read and summarize these for you — just ask.
Just ask
"Any new submissions on my contact form?"
"Summarize this week's event RSVPs and count how many seats people asked for."
"Show me the last 5 responses to the feedback form."
The agent fetches the submissions and answers in plain language. Each response comes back with a timestamp and the answers, keyed by your field names — for example name, email, and message.
Who can see them
- The form itself is public — anyone with the link can open it and submit. They don't need an account.
- The submissions are private — only you can read them, through your connected agent or your API key. They're never public.
Housekeeping
You can ask your agent to tidy up too:
"Delete that spam submission on the contact form."
"Close the RSVP form — we're full."
Closing a form stops it accepting new responses while keeping the ones you already have.
Lots of responses
If a form has collected many submissions, your agent reads them in batches and can keep going to gather them all — so "summarize every response" works even for a busy form.
